Automechanika Frankfurt 2026 (September 8-12), one of the leading international events for the automotive aftermarket industry, has come to a close. Once again, the exhibition served as a strategic meeting point for professionals from around the world, offering opportunities for networking, industry insights, and discussions on the key trends shaping the future of the market.
In Hall 3 (Stand B40), Magneti Marelli Parts & Services welcomed visitors, customers, and partners to a 360-square-meter, two-level stand designed to communicate the brand’s identity and values at a glance. Featuring a distinctive "M"-inspired design, the structure made the exhibition space immediately recognizable and attracted the attention of the many industry professionals attending the show.
— “Projecting”: a concrete vision of the future of the aftermarket
The stand was built around the theme “Projecting”, a concept expressing the company's vision for the future of the independent aftermarket and reflecting its ability to anticipate industry developments through an integrated ecosystem of products, technologies, and services.
The exhibition experience was designed to guide visitors through the company's key strategic areas in an engaging and highly interactive journey.
A striking immersive tunnel was the centerpiece of the trade show presence. Here, the Magneti Marelli Parts & Services spare parts range was presented by product family (electrical & electronics, mechanical, wear-and-tear parts, and body parts) using modern Infinity Mirror Displays and interactive touchscreens, which allowed visitors to intuitively explore the different product categories and gain deeper insights into their features, applications, and benefits.
— From the MAKE Range to Marelli Technologies
The journey continued with the area dedicated to MAKE spare parts, components originally developed for original equipment applications and made available to the aftermarket through the expertise of the Marelli Group. Among the solutions on display was the semi-active structural shock absorber for the Alfa Romeo Tonale, featuring DSV (Dual Stage Valve) technology and two damping modes, comfort and sport. This offering enables repair professionals to access references manufactured according to the same quality standards required by car manufacturers.
Visitors then moved on to the Marelli area, designed to showcase the Group’s technological expertise. Through multimedia content and product displays, attendees had the opportunity to explore some of the most advanced technologies developed by Marelli for the automotive sector, including lighting solutions, displays, and Battery Management Systems (BMS) for electric and hybrid vehicles, highlighting the strong connection between OE innovation and the independent aftermarket.
— Magneti Marelli Checkstar: solutions and support for the workshop network
A significant part of the stand was also dedicated to Magneti Marelli Checkstar, the international network serving the workshop industry. Solutions developed to support workshops in their daily diagnostic, maintenance, and business development activities were presented.
Among the equipment showcased were Visual Plus (tablet) and Data Plus (vehicle communication interface) for multi-brand diagnostics, together with the new insulation tester designed to verify the safety of high-voltage systems in electric and hybrid vehicles.
— Performance and Tuning with Magneti Marelli Elaborazioni 1919
Completing the visitor journey was the Magneti Marelli Elaborazioni 1919 area, dedicated to enthusiasts of performance and vehicle customization. The space showcased solutions developed for the tuning market, including the homologated exhaust system for the Alfa Romeo Stelvio 2.0 petrol, celebrating a tradition deeply rooted in the brand’s history and continuously evolving through new products designed to meet market demands.
— Meetings, networking and dialogue with the international market
Beyond the display of components and technologies, Automechanika Frankfurt 2026 provided an important opportunity to connect with customers, distributors, partners, journalists, and industry professionals from around the world.
The two lounges within the stand facilitated direct dialogue with the management team and international representatives of Magneti Marelli Parts & Services. The setting offered an ideal environment for sharing strategies, gathering market feedback, and discussing the key challenges facing the aftermarket in the years ahead.
