Magneti Marelli Parts & Services welcomes Polish Partners to Tuscany

Participants in white event T-shirts pose with raised arms beside three vintage convertibles, including two Alfa Romeo Spiders and an MG, among Tuscan cypresses.

Magneti Marelli Parts & Services hosted a selected group of top-performing distributors from the Polish market in Tuscany for an incentive programme designed to reward the results achieved during a six-month sales campaign, in a setting dedicated to business networking and professional exchange.

The initiative recognised the partners' strong performance across key product categories of the Magneti Marelli Parts & Services portfolio, from engine and electrical components such as turbochargers, alternators and oil pumps, to shock absorbers and suspension components, through to bodywork and comfort solutions including window lifters, door handles and air conditioning.

Beyond celebrating sales achievements, the event provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen business relationships, share market insights and reinforce collaboration between distributors and the Magneti Marelli Parts & Services team, supporting the continued growth of the automotive aftermarket across international markets.

— Celebrating automotive heritage in the heart of Tuscany

The incentive opened with the delivery of a branded welcome kit, including personalised event merchandise and clothing designed for the occasion.

A key moment of the programme was a drive through the Tuscan countryside and villages of medieval character aboard a curated fleet of open-top classic cars built between the late 1950s and the late 1970s. The line-up included a 1959 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider, a 1964 Fiat 1500 Cabriolet, a 1965 Lancia Flavia Convertible, a 1969 Alfa Romeo Spider Duetto, a 1973 Triumph Spitfire Mk IV, a 1976 Morgan 4/4 and a 1978 Volkswagen Beetle Cabriolet. Together they illustrate the variety of engineering solutions of the period, from the twin-cam engines of the Alfa Romeo models to the front-wheel drive and horizontally opposed engine of the Lancia Flavia and the rear-mounted air-cooled engine of the Volkswagen Beetle.

For professionals operating within the independent aftermarket, the fleet offered a tangible reference to the evolution of automotive engineering, from carburettors and mechanical ignition to the electronic and mechatronic systems that characterise the vehicles serviced in workshops today. It was also an occasion to discuss current industry trends and share perspectives on the technological developments shaping the future of mobility and vehicle repair.

The activity reinforced the common passion that unites automotive professionals, promoting valuable exchanges among distribution partners. The choice of classic cars also recalled the engineering heritage of the automotive world, to which the Marelli Group has contributed for more than a century.

— Networking at Tenuta Torciano

Following the classic car tour, participants were hosted at Tenuta Torciano, an estate located in one of Tuscany's most renowned wine-producing areas.

The programme included a guided visit to the estate and a wine tasting session, providing an informal setting for networking and discussion among distributors and Magneti Marelli Parts & Services representatives.

A highlight of the afternoon was a helicopter tour over the Tuscan countryside, offering a unique perspective of the vineyards surrounding San Gimignano and creating a shared moment that further strengthened relationships among attendees.

The day concluded with a dedicated networking session, encouraging the exchange of market insights, business perspectives and future development opportunities within the automotive aftermarket sector.

— Supporting growth across the automotive aftermarket

One of the primary objectives of the initiative was to create meaningful opportunities for direct interaction between distributors and the Magneti Marelli Parts & Services team.

Throughout the event, participants exchanged experiences, discussed evolving customer needs and explored future opportunities within the sector. These conversations further strengthened the trust-based relationships that represent a key element of the company's long-term partnership strategy.

— Looking ahead together

The Tuscany incentive once again demonstrated Magneti Marelli Parts & Services' commitment to building long-lasting partnerships based on trust, collaboration and mutual growth.

By investing in initiatives that combine business engagement, networking and shared experiences, the company continues to support distributors and aftermarket professionals who contribute every day to the success and development of the brand worldwide.

Magneti Marelli Parts & Services thanks all participants for their commitment, professionalism and ongoing partnership, and looks forward to building future success together.
