Magneti Marelli Checkstar takes to the racetrack again with Nicolò Bulega

Magneti Marelli Checkstar has renewed its sponsorship of Nicolò Bulega, the Italian motorcycling talent taking part in the Superbike Championship in the Supersport category for the second year. The Magneti Marelli Checkstar logo for our network of workshops will be prominently featured on the young rider’s helmet. Just like Nicolò, our network is, as always, focused on excellence.

The last Superbike season was a warm-up for our rider, with nine podium places, two of which were gained on the home racetrack of Misano. This year, Nicolò is once again an official rider for Team Ducati Aruba Racing on a Ducati Panigale V2, and his sights are firmly set on the highest step of the international podium.

There is every chance of a year full of victories and satisfaction; in the first round on Phillip Island (Australia), the Italian rider played a leading role both in race 1 and race 2, gaining his first win in the category and bringing success back to Ducati, something that had not been seen in the Supersport World Championship for 18 years.

Thanks to these results, Nicolò is heading the provisional rankings with 77 points. Our champion is now the rider to beat, and this year sees us once again at his side!

Follow our social network profiles for Nicolò Bulega’s upcoming challenges, and don’t miss the races in the calendar, which are broadcast on Sky Sport.
